Jay Chafin

I have been an Arkansas local since 1996 & a core part of Jay Chafin's team for over 12 years. My family & I are passionate about helping our community become a better place. Protecting families is why I love what we do here. I am a sports enthusiast, GO HOGS! I also enjoy being outdoors exploring our beautiful Ozarks.

I joined Jay Chafin's team in September 2016. I was raised in Flippin, AR & graduated from Flippin High School in 2004. I then attended Arkansas State University in Mountain Home & graduated with a double Associate's Degree in 2008. I have been working in the financial services & insurance industry since 2004. My husband & I have been married since August 2004. We have 3 children & enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, fishing & kayaking as a family. I look forward to serving our communities in both the Mountain Home & Batesville offices.

I joined the Jay Chafin Team in March 2023. I was born and raised here in Mountain Home, and I look forward to serving our Twin Lakes community. I graduated from Mountain Home in 2016 and attended the University of Arkansas. I spend my free time fishing for bass on the lakes or trout on the rivers in our area. Until fall comes around, I spend most of my weekends duck hunting on my familys farm down in Stuttgart. I am a bigtime sports fan and love cheering on the Hogs.

My husband & I have lived in the Twin Lakes area most of our lives; now with our 11-year-old daughter & 3 dogs. I graduated from MHHS in '07. I have 2 associate degrees from ASU-MH & a bachelor's degree from ASU-Jonesboro. We enjoy being in the great outdoors; kayaking, fishing, hunting, & grilling. I began working with the Jay Chafin team in January '22, but have worked in customer service for many years. I look forward to lending a helping hand within our community for many years to come!

I am married with two kids, a girl and a boy, and two bonus daughters. I have lived in the Baxter County area my entire life and served 14 years as a Law Enforcement Officer in the Twin Lakes area. My husband is an Army Veteran, and our family strongly supports both Law Enforcement and our military. I am eager and enthusiastic for the change in my career and look forward to serving my community in this aspect.

I was born in Mountain Home and have grown up in the mountains of Baxter County. I have a passion for working with people and embracing what each individual has to offer. I look forward to serving our community for many years with my team members. When not in office you can find me out on the river with my husband, hunting with my family, playing with my two fur babies Dixie and Hank, or just enjoying the simple things in life. Family means everything to me.

I was born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas. I have a passion for serving others and helping people. As a huge fan of the Ozarks, when not in office, you can find me on the river, lake or a hiking trail admiring the beauty of our Natural State. I love volunteering at local shelters and food banks and providing resources to those in need. Working with the Jay Chafin team has been one of the most challenging yet satisfying experiences of serving others so far.

I was born & raised in Mountain Home, AR. I attended Mountain Home High School where I held leadership roles 4 years as part of the FIRST Robotics Competition FRC Team 16/aka BombSquad with a total of 8 years in the FIRST program. I am a prior mentor to the Pinkston Robotics Team & a big supporter of the STEM programs. I graduated from ASUMH with an Associate Degree in Business. My fiance & I are avid adventure seekers & find joy in hiking, fishing & a multitude of other outdoor activities. I look forward to serving our communities in both the Mountain Home & Batesville offices.
